The military teaches people how to operate under pressure, lead through uncertainty, adapt quickly, and perform when the stakes are high.
But for many veterans, one of the hardest missions begins after the uniform comes off.

Transition is not only about employment.
It is about identity.
Direction.
Purpose.
Communication.
Belonging.
And learning how to navigate a world that no longer operates by the same rules.

VetEDGE™ is an online veteran coaching and research pilot designed to help veterans navigate the real human side of transition while helping shape the future of veteran transition support across the country.

Built for veterans in the final year of military service or within the first years after transition, VetEDGE™ brings veterans together in powerful online coaching cohorts led by professionally trained Veterans Talking to Veterans (VTTV) Coaches who understand military culture, pressure, transition, and reintegration firsthand.

Participants engage in:

  • Live online coaching experiences
  • Small-group veteran coaching cohorts
  • Leadership and communication development
  • Coaching conversations around transition, identity, pressure, and purpose
  • Real-world discussions about navigating change after service
  • Veteran-to-veteran connection and community
  • Structured reflection and growth experiences
  • Ongoing support during the transition process

This is not therapy.
It is not a classroom lecture series.
And it is not another one-size-fits-all transition program.

VetEDGE™ is a performance-oriented coaching experience designed to help veterans think clearly, communicate effectively, adapt to change, strengthen relationships, reconnect with purpose, and move forward with greater confidence in the next chapter of life.

As part of this research pilot, participating veterans will also contribute to helping improve how organizations, communities, and veteran systems understand transition, resilience, communication, and long-term veteran success after military service.

The goal is bigger than one program.
The goal is to help shape a more human, connected, and effective future for veterans transitioning out of the military.

Because veterans should not have to lose their sense of mission in order to find their next chapter.
