VetEDGE

A performance-based coaching experience for Veterans and active duty transitioning to civilian life

(This application is for State Directors of Veteran Affairs applications)

Transition out of the military is not simply a job change—it is a shift in structure, direction, and identity.

For many  transitioning service members and Veterans, this feesl like operating between missions: navigating a new direction, a new unit, and a new way of life.

This is not therapy. This is not another employment program. This focuses on your potential.

VetEDGE is a coaching experience designed to build purpose and confidence for your next chapter.
